There are several occasions where Flixcheck will send e-mails for you, e.g. when sending the check link to your customer. To achieve the white-labelling when sending e-mails, we provide two ways.
First of all, when not setting up either of these two opportunities, we need to use our own address as sender address ([email protected]) and are only able to set you as sender name, displayed in most email client instead of the address itself. Additionally, we set your e-mail-address as reply-to-address, so if customers use the answer functionality of their e-mail-client, it will be sent to your address instead of ours.
In order to have a full white label e-mail, choose one of these possiblities:
You can provide your own SMTP credentials which we will assign to your team in Flixcheck. When sending e-mails, we will connect to your SMTP server to dispatch the e-mails.

Please note that when using the batch check feature (”Sammelcheck”), our servers will dispatch a lot of e-mails in parallel and we are not able to throttle this process.

The IP addresses of our gateway that will connect to your SMTP server are:
80.158.22.9180.158.6.169We advise you to whitelist the A records assigned to mail.adapter.flixcheck.com, since the list of IP addresses might expand in the future and we keep the records updated.

After telling us the domain that you want to send your e-mails from, we will add this domain at our e-mail service provider and then forward three DNS records that you have to set up for your domain. That’s all!

All DNS records are CNAME records. Example: If your sender-domain is example.com, we will ask you to set up those three records:
abcd1234._domainkey.**example.com** CNAME wxyz1._domainkey.emailcampaigns.cm.com.
abcd5678._domainkey.**example.com** CNAME wxyz2._domainkey.emailcampaigns.cm.com.
abcd1234.**example.com** CNAME wxyz.emailcampaigns.cm.com.
You do not have to set up or change your existing SPF record.
