To support Single Sign-On, we implement the Service Provider role of the SAML standard.

To use this, some setup steps are required:

• Your company has to add us as trusted service provider.
• We have to add you as trusted identity provider for your account(s).

After setting up, it is possible to provide one URL to log in your users.

Adding us as trusted service provider

To add us, you need our service provider metadata which can be found at:

Please note that this document is generated every time you open the web page. Therefore, its validity is limited to one hour. Please download the document at the time you are setting up the environment.

We can process the following information

• unique identifier, e.g. employee number* > Please note that we will replace all characters except A-Z, a-z and 0-9 with a dash. Furthermore, we convert it to lower case. We are free to send us unique IDs like “Employee No. 1846”, which we will save as “employee-no–1846”, but keep in mind that the converted version has to be unique across your account.
